Holiday park Sluyshaven I - New proposition
Landal Greenparks as operator
With this proposition, you invest in the realisation of the holiday park Sluyshaven in Ooltgensplaat. The intended term is 24 months and the fixed interest rate is 6.5% per year. As an investor, you will receive as security the first right of mortgage on 25 of the holiday park's 76 flat rights. The second phase will be published tomorrow at 16:00.
Clinic Freudental I, II & III - In operation
Health clinic with a long-term lease
The propositions 'Clinic Freudental I', 'Clinic Freudental II' and 'New Building Freudental' were recently published and successfully closed. This is courtesy of 1,317 investors. The securities have already been established and the funds released. The accrued interest of 'Kliniek Freudental I' has already been paid and next month the first interest payments for 'Kliniek Freudental II' and 'Nieuwbouw Freudental' will follow.
Transformation Dongen - Construction work in full swing
Investing in sustainable rental housing
In the municipality of Dongen, construction work at the former office building at Middellaan 25 is in full swing. In the office building, 71 sustainable rental homes for the middle segment are currently being realised. The construction financing is hereby fully financed via Crowdrealestate, with the first phases already successfully closed. The fifth phase of the project will follow within weeks. Investing in 5 flats and a GP practice
The 'Nieuwbouw Waalre' project was recently completed. Through Crowdrealestate, the realisation of the complex was financed via a construction deposit. This is because in order to properly facilitate you as our customer, we have to meet certain requirements from the regulators, which include establishing and verifying your identity. Logging in using two-step verification
Since a few weeks, it is possible to add two-step verification to your Crowdrealestate account. By setting up two-step verification, you add an extra layer of security to your account through the use of an authentication app or password manager.
