Construction work on the realisation of the 14 unique flats at Altenbroek Estate is in full swing. After the preparation process, the construction work started last year.
Most of the demolition work has been completed and preparatory groundwork for the concrete pour of the ground floor has already been carried out. As planned, all concrete floors of the ground floor will be poured by the end of this month. Masonry work on the partition walls between the flats will then be started. The sawing work for the new facade openings has recently been carried out and the wooden exterior window frames will be measured and then produced next week.
The 14 flats on the castle farm will be sold to (private) investors. Already, the first four flats have been sold and several are under option. More information on the sale of the flats can be found on the initiator's website.
The Landgoed Altenbroek and Transformation Altenbroek propositions were funded by Crowdrealestate in December 2022 and have been in operation since then.
