Today, Crowdrealestate celebrates its 10th anniversary! We thank all investors, project owners, colleagues and other stakeholders for their trust and cooperation over the past years. We remain committed to making real estate investments accessible and contributing to great real estate developments in the years to come.
Crowdrealestate was founded in 2015 with the aim of making property investment accessible to the general public. Since then, hundreds of projects have been realised and we have been operating under the new European licence since 2024. In the process, the platform has built a network of thousands of investors who have contributed to various real estate developments, ranging from the realisation of new-build care homes to sustainable logistics properties and hotels.
For the coming years, Crowdrealestate has several developments underway. Following several German projects and growing demand from this market, the platform is opening an office in Germany this quarter to serve German project owners and investors more directly. At the same time, the platform is working to expand its offering with new investment products and further develop its investment portal.
With these developments, Crowdrealestate looks forward to the coming years and continues its course towards further growth in real estate finance, focusing on transparency, risk management and value creation for investors and project owners.
