The 'Nieuwbouw Waalre' project was recently completed. Through Crowdrealestate, the realisation of the complex was financed through a construction deposit. The first two flats have already been sold and the remaining three flats and the practice space on the ground floor remain the property of the initiator. The practice space houses a GP practice.
